President

Dr. Henry Harbuck earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Psychotherapy and Counseling from American National University, his Doctor of Theology degree from Southern California Theological Seminary in Stanton, California and his Doctor of Science from the Institute of Science & Mathematics. He has studied and demonstrated proficiency in various fields such as theology, psychology, music, writing, science, teaching and speaking. Dr. Harbuck developed and teaches a form of Christian Counseling known as Didactic Redirectional Intervention (DRI). He has traveled extensively, preaching and lecturing in several countries. He is also the General Editor of the “New Millennia In- Depth Bible.” Dr. Harbuck also serves as President & Director of Student Affairs for Omega Bible Institute & Seminary.

Dean of Biblical Languages

Dr. Hatfield received a Bachelor of Science in Bible and Theology from Valley Forge Christian College in Pennsylvania and Master of Arts in Semitic Languages & Literature and Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary in California. Omega Bible Institute & Seminary awarded him the Honorary Doctor of Literature for his outstanding Hebrew study book. He has extensive experience in creating and implementing post-secondary school and youth programs, as well as graduate-level teaching. He has taught overseas in Jerusalem as well as tutorial sessions in Biblical Hebrew at the seminary level.

Professor

Dr. Hughes holds a Bachelor of Social Science from Montreat College, Master of Arts in Religious Education from Linda Vista College, and Doctorate of Divinity from Trinity Hall Seminary. He is the founder of Missions in Action Training Center and Family Ministries in Action. Dr. Hughes has prior experience as a pastor, but presently spends much of his time giving seminars on leadership and speaking at youth retreats.

Dr. Bozeman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from Morehouse College. He earned his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Religious Education from Logos Christian Graduate School in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Bozeman has served as a teacher, chaplain, caseworker and pastor. He is a clinical pastoral counselor with the IACCT and is the founder of the Delta School of Ministry in Greenwood, Mississippi.

Dr. Curatolo holds a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from South Florida Bible College and Theological Seminary, a Master of Arts in Human Services with an emphasis on Marriage and Family from Liberty University and Doctor of Philosophy in Christian Counseling from Omega Bible Institute & Seminary. He has served as a Christian counselor, seminary professor and has worked with children and adults with developmental disabilities and mental illnesses in Florida, Alabama and North Carolina since 1999. Dr. Curatolo’s mission is “helping people become who God has created them to be.”

Dr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea, a Master of Divinity from Torch Trinity Graduate School of Theology and Doctor of Philosophy in Christian Counseling from Evangel Christian University of America. Dr. Lee has also served as a Korean-English translator at Westminster University of Guam.

Dr. Steryous holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tennessee Temple University and a Master of Theology and Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling from Omega Bible Institute & Seminary. Dr. Steryous is an outstanding counselor and writer. His thesis, “Biblical Counseling in the Twenty-First Century” is being published by Omega Bible Institute & Seminary and used for students.

Dr. Owensby is an educator, author, pastor and church leader. He holds a Bachelor of General Studies (emphasis in Pastoral Ministry) from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, a Bachelor & Master of Ministry from Bethany Bible College and Seminary, a Doctor of Ministry from Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary, and other advanced studies from Liberty Baptist University, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Toccoa Falls College. He is currently serving as an adjunct professor at Emmanuel College and North Georgia Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a Certified Leader for Building Witnessing Relationships. During his numerous years in the ministry, he has authored two books, Revelation: Homiletical Guide and I John: The Expositor’s Notes.

Dr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy/Religion from Judson College, a Master of Arts in Counseling from University of Chicago, a Master of Theology and Doctor of Ministry from Luther Rice Seminary and Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology from Chicago Graduate School. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, has been listed in various “Who’s Who” noted international Bible Speaker & Teacher and awarded “Herbert Hoover Humanitarian of the Year.” Dr. Johnson has worked with missionaries in Paris, Lausanne, Dominican Republic, Milan, Greece, Rome and various parts of the world. He is also a moderator at the Foundation Academy in Florida.

Dr. Whitlow is a church pioneer, evangelist, administrator, pastor, Bible school professor/specialist and missionary. In 1981, he completed his Master of Bible Theology degree, and in May 1986 was awarded the Doctor of Theology degree. Dr. Whitlow is the originator of THE BASIC BIBLE SCHOOL BUILDER (©1990), a complete four-year Bible college curriculum specifically designed for third-world nations and independent national and international ministries. In October 1995 Dr. Whitlow was awarded the honorary Doctorate of Literature degree from Evangel Christian University of America in recognition for his long and distinguished career in ministry.

Dr. Jensen is a Bible researcher for the Royal Library of Copenhagen, an ordained minister and an accomplished translator and tutor of Old Testament languages. Professor Jensen has invested his life in the study of ancient languages, including Modern Literary Arabic, Modern Standard Arabic, Old Testament Hebrew, Modern Hebrew and Syriac. Having traveled extensively in the U.S. and abroad, he has studied, taught, and/or obtained degrees from the University of Copenhagen, Hebrew University in Jerusalem, College Biblique Continental in Brussels, Belgium, Southern California College, Assembly of God Graduate School, Fuller Theological Seminary, Melodyland School of Theology, Oral Roberts University, Oklahoma State University, Princeton University, Omega Bible Institute & Seminary, University of Stockholm and Aarhus University in Denmark.

Dr. Reliford holds a Bachelor of Science in History & Political Science from Campbellsville University, a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary and a Doctorate in Ministry from Omega Bible Institute & Seminary. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Campbellsville University, he was listed in “Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities” and was twice included (1974 and 1976) in the Outstanding Young Men of America publication. A pastor for 31 of his 35 years in ministry, he travels as an evangelist and teacher, and with his wife, ministers in music throughout the Southern and Eastern United States. Dr. Reliford and his wife/co-pastor founded New Life for the Nations Church in 1980. An ordained minister with the Association of Evangelical Gospel Assemblies (AEGA), he has traveled as a missionary to five different nations, and currently teaches a Bible school curriculum which he authored in his local area.

Dr. Willis is a pastor and church planter. He has spent 35 years writing and teaching Biblical doctrine and life studies on various Biblical subjects, including the Book of Proverbs and End-Time Prophecy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Bible Science, with a Minor in Psychology & Counseling from Northeast Bible College (now University of Valley Forge). He also holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies and a Doctorate in Theology from Omega Bible Institute & Seminary. Dr. Willis pioneered and/or revitalized several churches and developed “Your Daily Prescription,” a primetime radio ministry, as well as a bus ministry and television outreach with an audience of 100,000 people.

David Caraballo, DRE., Ph.D.

Dr. Caraballo is a church pastor, teacher, counselor and professor. He also has been involved in Honduran missions and evangelism. He has a Diploma in Bible Sciences from University of Valley Forge in Pennsylvania and holds bachelor’s degrees in Biblical Studies from FLET University in Florida and Religious Education from Bethany Bible College in Alabama. He also holds a Master of Theology from International Seminary, a Master of Divinity (emphasis in professional counseling) from Liberty University in Lynchburg, earned his DRE from Bethany Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. in Pastoral, Marriage & Family Counseling from Biblical Life Theological Seminary in Dixon, Missouri.

Dr. Edwards holds a Bachelor of Arts in General Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Administration from Ashford University, a Master of Arts in Health Psychology from Northcentral University, a Doctor of Psychology-Biblical Model from Dayspring Christian University, and an Honorary Doctor of Divinity from St. Luke Evangelical School of Biblical Studies. Dr. Edwards is an ordained minister serving in the hospital and prayer ministries since 2001. She also has many years of experience in post-secondary teaching, medical claims examination and health care accounting. Dr. Edwards is also a certified life coach.
